Jennifer Stevens is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Alliance Global Advisors.
Prior to founding Alliance, Jen spent sixteen years with Townsend, where she advised global investors representing over $300 billion in cumulative plan assets and more than $20 billion in real asset allocations. As a partner and voting member of Townsend's Advisory Investment Committee, Jen led the firm's sustainability initiatives, conducted due diligence on investment managers and served as a lead portfolio manager for some of the firm's largest advisory clients. Her clients included California State Teachers' Retirement System, Kaiser Permanente, University of California, Australia Retirement Trust, Los Angeles County Employees' Retirement Association, Orange County Employees' Retirement System and Los Angeles Fire & Police Pension, along with prominent family offices. She represented Townsend's interests on more than 20 Limited Partner Advisory Committees.
Jen serves on the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) Board, where she chairs the Membership Committee, and is Chair-elect of the NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards Board. Jen participates in the Reporting & Valuations Affinity Group and is an avid supporter of the PREA Foundation, Coffee Connectors and WellFit Girls. She also serves on the boards of White Oak Partners and Forty5 Park and remains an active participant in RELPI and IREI. A recognized industry conference speaker, Jen also contributes her expertise to leading institutions such as MIT, Ohio State and several other universities.
A first-generation college graduate, Jen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University, where she chairs the Executive Advisory Board for the College of Business (2025 to 2027) and is actively involved with the Center for Law, Justice & Culture. She also serves on the board of The Ohio State University Center for Real Estate.
Jen lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband Zack, daughter Chloe and their dog Maui.
