Stacy leads Alliance Search Partners, combining her executive search expertise with the strategic perspective of Alliance Global Advisors. Every client engagement benefits from direct access to the firm's advisory team, institutional relationships, proprietary market intelligence, and customized competitor mapping.
Over the past 15 years, Stacy has specialized in recruiting senior leaders across capital formation, investor relations, and investment management. Prior to executive search, she helped raise more than $2 billion of institutional capital at Prisma Capital Partners (later acquired by KKR). Earlier, she spent a decade at Sanford C. Bernstein, where she worked closely with the firm's executive leadership and played a key role in the firm's global expansion, helping plan and execute the opening and staffing of its London, Tokyo, and Sydney offices. She is completing her Executive MBA in 2026.
Stacy lives in Austin, Texas with her daughter Eleanor. Together they enjoy visiting family in New Jersey, especially during the summertime. Stacy enjoys swimming competitively and is part of US Masters Swimming.
